After a weekend of bodily abuse via junk food and alcohol, I’ve decided to start my second Whole30 (which you can read all about here and here). Basically for the next 30 days I’m going cold turkey on my sugar addiction — no sugar, grains, wheat, gluten, soy, legumes or processed food. Yesterday was Day 1 and this is what my meals looked like:
Kale chips, fried eggs over asparagus and coconut red curry with chicken. I also had sausage and sauteed peppers for dinner, which I forgot to take photos of. I have recorded my before weight and took my awkward before photos. So cheers to another 30 days of craziness! Let’s hope it’s far more successful than my juice cleanse.. I'm so jazzed to hear all about this, because seriously, I've heard nothing but good things about Whole30!

I hope the second Whole30 is a great experience of health and fantastic food! I just finished one in January and am kind of tempted to go back…the only thing stopping me is the grief I get from friends for refusing those late nights in the city (too tempting!)

Brave soul.
Look forward to hearing how it all works.

I'm doing this too! My husband and I just started Sunday…a little different though. We are doing no sugar, grains, wheat, soy, gluten, diary, or processed foods. It's exciting and after only 4 days I'm feeling great!

That is an awesome idea!! I wish I had the will power to do something like this.

Good luck! I did a juice cleanse for 3 days, and it was really difficult to cut out food. I don't know if I could make it 30 days without wheat!
