I tried my hand at a healthy pasta salad a few days ago. I found this recipe online, but due to limited resources I had to make several changes. I simply used every type of vegetable I could find in the kitchen & marveled at all the beautiful colors. Who knew I would grow to love veggies one day?
The marinade meant for the chicken worked pretty well on the salad as a whole. I replaced Dijon mustard with plain yellow mustard and added some onion powder just because I love onions. The sesame seeds just added a nice touch. Enjoy!
